Every Aroota product is handcrafted in small batches with fewer than 10 ingredients. We put care into every bottle — and we want you to feel confident trying something new.
If you're not completely satisfied within 15 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll make it right with a full refund to your original payment method. No complicated process, no guilt.
How to reach us
Email us at aroota@greenbeautyco.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened. That's it. We read every message and respond within 1–2 business days.
Received something damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item — email us right away with a photo and your order number. We'll get a replacement out to you immediately, no return necessary.
Refund timing
Once your request is approved, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Banks sometimes take a little extra time to post it — if it's been more than 10 business days and you haven't seen it, reach out and we'll look into it together.

Items purchased during a sitewide sale are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — in which case our full guarantee still applies.
